Terms of use
Version 1.0 · Effective 28 August 2026
These terms govern your use of dhara.om. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This site is operated by [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME], commercial registration number [CR NUMBER], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Sultanate of Oman.
What this site is for
This site explains what we do and provides general information about Oman's e-invoicing mandate. It includes a downloadable guide, a Phase Finder that suggests where your business may sit in the rollout, and a readiness checklist.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information. It is not tax, legal, accounting or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.
The scope of Oman's e-invoicing mandate, the phases, and the dates on which businesses are brought into them are set by the Oman Tax Authority, not by us. The Phase Finder gives you an indication based on the few answers you provide; it is not a determination of your legal position, and where the Authority has not published criteria we say so rather than guess. Confirm your position with the Oman Tax Authority or a qualified adviser before you act on anything you read here.
Using this site does not create an advisory, professional or client relationship between us. That begins only under a signed engagement.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them. But regulations change, and we give no warranty that the content is complete, current or free from error. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and downloadable materials on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, download and print them for your own business use, and share them within your organisation. You may not republish them, sell them, or present them as your own work without our written permission.
Using the site properly
Please use this site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, submit false information through its forms, submit forms by automated means, attempt to disrupt it, or extract its content systematically for a competing purpose.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation's website, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its general information, including lost profits, lost business, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal data we collect through this site and how we handle it. It forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Muscat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

These terms are published in Arabic and English. In the event of any inconsistency between the two, the Arabic version prevails.
